Complimentary shipping to the US 48 states on in-stock mounts. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders can be arranged — contact us with the destination and SKU before you check out.
Most in-stock orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment. You can follow the status and tracking number in My orders once the package ships.
Steel frames are tested to the published load rating on each product page. We stand behind factory defects in materials and workmanship for ten years from the purchase date.
The warranty covers the mount itself. It does not cover damage from overloading, improper install, or wall or TV failure. Keep your order number when you write in.
Contact us before sending anything back. Unused mounts in the original packaging can usually be returned. Installed, modified, or damaged items may not qualify.

Each box includes a hardware kit, wall template, and illustrated manual. Most standard wood-stud walls take about 30 minutes. Confirm your TV’s VESA pattern and weight against the product specs before you drill.
If you are mounting on brick, concrete, or a metal stud wall, use the anchors rated for that surface — they are not always the same as the wood-stud kit in the box.
Use the size finder with your TV’s diagonal. Then check VESA (the hole pattern on the back of the TV) and the weight on the product page. Both must match.
Sign in and open My orders. Awaiting payment means checkout is not finished yet. After we ship, the tracking number appears on that order.
Write us as soon as you can with the order number. We can usually change or cancel it before the package leaves the warehouse.
